A fully enclosed land area of 250m2, this villa was built in a simple minimalist style with 3 bedrooms. The 2 story Villa consists of upstairs with 2 master bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while on the ground floor there is a detached Studio 1 bedroom and private bathroom. Each room boasts hotel style king beds, air conditioning, large robes, 42” Smart TVs, digital safe and generous ensuites. One of the ensuites located upstairs is home to a full size bath tub. This Villa is spacious and will comfortably accommodate 6 adults. (Cots, fold out beds, highchairs can be supplied on request)
The lounge is home to a 75” Smart TV with Play Station 5. The dining room boasts a gorgeous 12 seater bespoke timber slab dining table so you can have a few friends over. The open kitchen is fully equipped so you can practice your local cooking skills. Filtered water and bottled water throughout the house and in the fridge you will find some icy cold treats as a welcome gift from the hosts.
If you fancy a cocktail or 2 you will find a full cocktail kit, blender, ice machine and glasses for indoors and pool side.
All of the living areas are enclosed and air conditioned, but on cooler days you can open the sliding doors for the open feel.
The courtyard of the house is equipped with a totally private swimming pool, pool lights for night swimming, bean bags & outdoor Bluetooth sound system.
